    Who are the stakeholders involved that eLSA connects?

    Very broadly, our solutions cover stakeholders ranging from Cargo Owners, Brokers, Ship Owners/Operators, Shipping Agents & Port Services.

    Examples of Port Services include Harbourcraft Boats like Launch Boat services, Fresh Water Supply, Tug/Towage Services, Garbage Collection, Flotsam Retrieval, Bunkering.

    What kind of success stories do you have as proof?

    Since we started in 2020, we've now been able to capture over 70% of the domestic launch boats in Singapore. We digitalized the operators and connected them to their users, like a B2B version of Uber or Grab.

    After accumulating enough data over the years, we co-developed AI algorithms with the Institute of High-Performance Computing (IHPC) A*Star to optimise operations,

    Which resulted in a 59% increase in efficiency and 25% reduction in distance travelled thus emissions.

    Is eLSA available globally?

    Yes! eLSA's solutions are cloud based and currently have been used in over 2000 port calls across 147 ports in 76 countries. However we do wish to scale to better serve different stakeholders directly in their home countries/ports.

    Our HQ is in Singapore and recently set up last year in Korea. We are actively looking to expand into China/HK and Japan markets.

    Is eLSA looking for investment?

    We are not actively fundraising, but we will consider if there is serious interest. Fundraising takes our founders energies & time which we’re putting into building traction especially for profitability.

    We started pivoting from early 2023 on improving margin than just growth. Our quarterly margin has continuously improved since, and expect to breakeven and become profitable this year.
